Shipping & Delivery

iCareStock works with trusted logistics partners to deliver goods from Chinese suppliers to buyers across GCC and African markets. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

After you confirm a quotation and payment terms, we will issue a proforma invoice and begin order processing. Production and handling times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and supplier schedule. Estimated lead times will be indicated in the quotation or proforma invoice.

2. Shipping Methods

We support several shipping methods, which may include:

• International courier or air express (for samples and small consignments) • Air freight (for time-sensitive shipments) • Sea freight LCL (Less than Container Load) • Sea freight FCL (Full Container Load) • Door-to-door services (where available)

3. Incoterms

Shipments are arranged using internationally recognized Incoterms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP. The chosen Incoterm will be clearly stated in your quotation or proforma invoice and defines which party is responsible for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and local delivery.

4. Estimated Transit Times

Transit times depend on destination, shipping method, carrier schedules, and customs procedures. Any delivery times we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For most shipments, buyers are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and any applicable local fees in the destination country, unless a DDP or similar arrangement is agreed. Please check local regulations and costs in advance. We can assist with HS codes and documentation based on supplier information.

6. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

Upon arrival, you or your nominated agent must inspect the goods for visible damage or quantity discrepancies before signing any delivery documents. Any issues should be reported to the carrier and to us as soon as possible, with photos or videos where available, so that we can coordinate a resolution with the supplier and logistics provider.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including product weight and volume, destination, shipping method, and Incoterm. These costs will be indicated in the quotation or proforma invoice where applicable. Any additional charges imposed by carriers, customs, or local authorities after dispatch are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In case of lost or severely damaged shipments, we will support you in filing claims with the carrier or insurer where coverage is in place. Final remedies depend on the outcome of the carrier’s or insurer’s investigation, as well as the agreed Incoterm and insurance terms.
