1. Definitions
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to iCareStock and Global Care Info. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, buyer, or business user of the Site. “Suppliers” refers to the manufacturers or exporters whose products are listed on the Site. “Services” refers to product listing, quotation, sample orders, export support, and related activities offered through the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe there is any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. B2B Nature of Services
iCareStock is primarily a business-to-business (B2B) platform. By placing requests for quotation or orders, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes. Consumer protection laws applicable to retail consumers may not apply to your transactions.
4. Product Information and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate and current. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing changes, supplier updates, or typographical errors. All prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and availability are subject to confirmation through a formal quotation or proforma invoice.
Prices may exclude customs duties, taxes, handling charges, and local fees in the destination country unless otherwise stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
5. Quotations and Orders
All quotations issued by iCareStock or its suppliers are valid only for the period stated on the quotation. An order is considered accepted only after you confirm the quotation and we provide a written order confirmation or proforma invoice. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
6. Payments
Payment terms, methods, and currencies will be specified in the quotation or proforma invoice. Accepted methods may include bank transfer (TT), online payment gateways, or other methods agreed in writing. You are responsible for all bank charges and fees unless otherwise agreed. Goods will only be processed or shipped after receipt of cleared funds or according to the agreed deposit and balance payment schedule.
7. Shipping, Incoterms, and Risk
Shipments are arranged according to the agreed Incoterms (such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP). Responsibility and risk transfer from supplier to buyer will follow the agreed Incoterm. Transit times are estimates only and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
8. Customs, Duties, and Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all import regulations, product standards, and documentation requirements in your destination country, unless otherwise agreed in a DDP or similar arrangement. Any duties, VAT, or local taxes are payable by you unless explicitly included in the quotation.
9. Returns, Claims, and Quality Issues
As a B2B platform, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within the timeframe stated on the quotation or proforma invoice. You must provide clear evidence such as photos, videos, or inspection reports for any quality claims or quantity discrepancies. We will coordinate with the supplier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, or partial credit as a commercial solution.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCareStock and Global Care Info are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of profit damages arising from the use of the Site or from any transaction facilitated through the Site. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the total fees paid for that specific order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to iCareStock and Global Care Info and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site content without our prior written consent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
