Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We strive to ensure products match their images. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen displays, or product updates. Please refer to the written description for details, and contact customer service if you have concerns.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically emailed to your registered address and can also be downloaded from the "Order History" section in your account. On mobile apps, check the "Receipt" option in the order details page.

How can I return an item?

Most out-of-stock items will be restocked based on demand. Click "Notify Me" on the product page for updates. If discontinued, the page will show "No Restock", and you may contact us for alternatives.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We ship to 100+ countries/regions. Enter your destination at checkout to verify availability. Some remote areas or restricted items may be excluded, as noted on the checkout page.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently support shipping only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Please ensure your delivery address is in the UAE, and check availability during checkout.
